Plum Goodness BookMyShow Offer

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) sponsored by Plum and executed by RewardPort (partner agency).

The Promotional Offer is valid from 25th September 2026 to 24th November 2026, subject to availability of products.

1. Redemption Process

Step 1 – Registration

Shopper receives a unique e-code after billing.

Shopper visits the campaign website and enters the following details:

Name

Mobile Number

Email ID

Unique Code

On submitting the details, the shopper receives an OTP via SMS/email within 24 hours.

Step 2 – Claiming the Voucher

Shopper enters the OTP on the website under the “Claim” tab.

Once validated, the shopper receives the ₹150 BookMyShow voucher code via SMS and email within 24 hours.

2. Offer Conditions

Each unique code can be used once only to claim a BookMyShow voucher.

OTP received after registration remains valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

The BookMyShow voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow’s app/website.

Only one voucher can be redeemed per mobile number during the entire campaign.

This offer is not valid for Plum or RewardPort employees, promoters, distributors, or any associated channel partner.

BookMyShow voucher validity will be as per the validity period stated on the SMS/email sent to the customer.

Lost, misplaced, or stolen voucher codes will not be reissued under any circumstances.

Plum or RewardPort shall not be responsible for:

Misuse of the voucher

Failed redemption due to customer error

Incorrect mobile number/email entered at the time of registration

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other gift card.

Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together in a single BookMyShow transaction.

Customer data collected for this campaign will be used solely for reward fulfilment and will be deleted after campaign closure.

Any data shared on BookMyShow’s platform will be governed by BookMyShow’s privacy policy.

Any changes in BookMyShow’s terms or redemption process will be governed by BookMyShow.

This is a one-time use voucher and cannot be revalidated after expiry.

No complaints, queries, or claims regarding the offer will be entertained after the closure of the campaign period.

The promotional offer is purely discretionary. Plum reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice or intimation. No shopper or participant shall have any right, objection, claim or demand in this regard and Plum’s decision shall be final and binding.

3. Disputes & Legal

The decision of Plum or RewardPort regarding the Promotional Offer will be final.

This Promotional Offer is governed by Indian law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

4. How to Redeem Your BookMyShow Voucher

Visit www.bookmyshow.com or open the BookMyShow app.

Select your preferred movie/event.

Proceed to the payment page.

Under “Offers / Gift Voucher / Promo Code”, enter your ₹150 BMS voucher code.

Click “Apply” and complete the transaction by paying the remaining balance, if any.
